16B.7 Non-Complying Activities

The following are Non-Complying Activities:

1. Any activity listed as a Permitted Activity that does not meet Rule 16B.3.1 a), b), c), d) or e) - Development Density and Scale;
2. Any activity listed as a Permitted Activity that does not meet Rule 16B.3.6 - Home-based Businesses;
3. Any activity listed as a Permitted Activity that does not meet Rule 16B.3.7 - Produce Stalls;
4. Any activity listed as a Permitted Activity that does not meet Rule 16B.3.10 – Kohanga reo, Kura Kaupapa Maori, Whare kura, Schools and Tertiary Education Premises;
5. Any activity listed as a Permitted Activity that does not meet Rule 16B.3.11 - Health Centres;
6. Any activity that does not meet Rule 16B.3.12 - Clearance of Indigenous Vegetation;
7. Any activity that does not meet Rule 16B.5.1 – Restricted Discretionary Activities – Standards and Terms for Independent Dwelling Units in a Rural Marae Community Zone;
8. Any activity listed in Table 16B.1: Rural Marae Community Zones Activity Status as Non-Complying Activities.
