4G.3  Restricted Discretionary Activity Rules

The following are Restricted Discretionary Activities:

1. Any Permitted Activity that does not comply with Rule 4G.2 - Permitted Activity Rules is a Restricted Discretionary Activity.

4G.3.1 Restricted Discretionary Activity - Matters of Discretion and Conditions

The Council restricts the exercise of its discretion to the following matters:

1. The additional amount of light spill generated by the non-compliance and the effect of this on landscape character and amenity values of adjoining or adjacent sensitive zones;
2. The hours of operation of the lighting.
