6A.2  Activity Status Rules

6A.2.1 Activities in Outstanding Natural Features and Landscapes and Important Amenity Landscapes

All activities identified in the Outstanding Natural Features and Landscapes Plan Area and Important Amenity Landscapes Plan Area shall have the status identified in Table 6A.1: Activity Status for Activities Occurring within the Outstanding Natural Features Landscapes and Important Amenity Landscapes. Symbols used in Table 6A.1: Activity Status for Activities Occurring within the Outstanding Natural Features Landscapes and Important Amenity Landscapes have the meaning described in Table 1A.2: Activity Status.

  2. Construction of new pedestrian and cycle tracks, including pathways, bridging, boardwalks and steps;
  3. Construction, erection or placement of new buildings (unless otherwise provided for in Table 6A.1: Activity Status for Activities Occurring within the Outstanding Natural Features Landscapes and Important Amenity Landscapes);
  4. New public recreational facilities and activities;
  5. New carparks and access roads.
