All activities within the Coastal Hazard Erosion Plan Area (CHEPA) and Coastal Protection Plan Area shall have the status identified in Table 8B.1: Natural Hazards Activity Status (CHEPA and Coastal Protection Plan Area). Symbols used in Table 8B.1: Natural Hazards Activity Status (CHEPA and Coastal Protection Plan Area) have the meaning described in Table 1A.2: Activity Status.
Note: The undertaking of some activities outlined in this Chapter may require resource consent from the Bay of Plenty Regional Council.
